Message	Refering to a Japanese made car or bike that was modified burning alcohol. Grain alcohol made from rice. Mostly for a two stroke motorcycle burning alcohol. Definetly derived from the Japenese and their love for rice. Rice now has been taken to new hieghts these days. Any thing that seems tasteless or cheesy or cheap in a car mod is RICE. No matter where it originated. Oh yeah, tasteless is an opinion, so is rice then. Its just a form of critisizm.
